I do not take deposits for bookings, you can secure an appointment without the need to pay. However, please do not think that since no deposit is required it means you can not show up to your appointment, as you will NOT be able to book with me again!
Please be mindful of my time, because if you do not show up to a booking it is wasting a space for potentially another client.
Of course you are able to cancel an appointment, however you must do so 24 HOURS PRIOR to your booking.
(If you are unable due to an unexpected emergency please inform me of what has happened and I will of course be understanding towards your situation.)
If you are running a bit late I have a grace period of 12 minutes.
If you arrive later than the time given a £5 LATE FEE will be added to your final price,
and if you are more than 30 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled
